Varieties from Clifton Seed Co. not only offer growers quality and taste, they also have good disease-resistant packages. Atlantis, a new Eastern-type cantaloupe, has a consistently high sugar content and is resistant to Fusarium races 0, 1, and 2, and powdery mildew race 1. Tom Cat, a new bell pepper, also boasts a strong disease pack-age that includes high resistance to bacterial leaf spot races 1-5.

Clifton's heterozygous augmented sweet corn variety Bueno, has good rust resistance along with well-filled ears with attractive and durable husk protection. Also an attractive fruit, the watermelon Crunchy Red weighs between 16 and 20 pounds and is oblong in shape. Fruit is medium green with dark green stripes.
