For the fifth year in a row, top-ranking officials from the largest vegetable growers in the nation met at the end of January in Arizona with suppliers of their choosing for the VegetableXchange. For the first time, the event was combined with the TreeFruitXchange, and key personnel from some of the largest tree fruit operations were in attendance, as well.
The Xchange event, which was presented by American Vegetable Grower and American Fruit Grower magazines and powered by VerticalXchange, allows growers and suppliers to conduct one-on-one meetings to discuss the needs of growers, which include the latest products and finding ways to streamline efficiencies on the farm.
Here are a few snapshots from the event.
