Participants will spend three days on and off a bus, making several stops along the way. These destinations are said to be the “must see” locations for farm direct marketers and agritourism operators who visit Lancaster County. Some of the stops include Cherry Hill Orchards, Brown’s Orchards and Farm Market, Maze Quest and Maple Lawn Farm, Weaver’s Orchards, Country Barn, and Cherry Crest Farm.

Additional convention days, Participation Day, Education Day, and Innovation Day, will cover a variety of topics. Specifically, Participation Day includes contests, an exhibitor stage, show and tell sessions, roundtables, and the annual meeting. Education Day covers numerous topics including pricing strategies to help increase profits and developing quality media content, among others. In addition, attendees are encouraged to visit the more than 100 booths on the trade show floor to look for innovative and creative ways to enhance their businesses.
Innovation Day is loaded with 26 educational sessions in six different tracks: retail, agritourism, buy local, business management, family business, and employee management.
