The show starts with a light schedule on Tuesday, but gets into some meaty news on Wednesday, when the annual “State of the Industry” is presented. It provides a comprehensive look at what varieties are hot, what are not, along with a few peeks into the future. Besides presenting a just-the-facts look at the industry, analysts always sprinkle a few nuggets of information in their talks that rarely fail to elicit a “wow” or two from the audience.

The show runs through Thursday. Other grapegrowing sessions include: a fresh look at blended wines, how to achieve a 30-year vineyard and its financial rewards, and how to attain quality beyond Brix.

You will also find comprehensive coverage of the event here at GrowingProduce.com and in the March issue of Western Fruit Grower magazine.
