Glass Half Full for Agro-K With Latest Hire

Agro-K, a longtime leader in developing innovative nutritional products for commercial agriculture application, is strengthening its presence in the Mid-South and Southeast U.S. by adding industry veteran Jeff Glass as its Southern Business Development Mgr. According to Agro-K, Glass will be based in Tallahassee, FL, and his role will encompass leading a focused strategic expansion of Agro-K’s “limited and rational” distribution model in the region.

Glass holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy from the University of Georgia and brings a wealth of knowledge and diverse experience in product development, sales, marketing, key account management, and leadership to Agro-K. He has a deep understanding of row crops, fruits, vegetables, and specialty crops.

Glass started his career in the late 1980s managing 2,000 acres of citrus for A. Duda & Sons, which provided valuable field experience and a thorough understanding of grower input needs and the importance of value-added service from suppliers and distributors. This initial experience has been the foundation for all subsequent positions he has held in his career from Mycogen to American Cyanamid, to Eden Bioscience, Arysta Life Science, and NovaSource.
