Brookfieldâ„¢

From New Zealand, we bring you the ultimate striped Gala — the Brookfield. The bold red stripe over its red background is the obvious improvement. The apple’s early color permits proper harvest timing for best storage maturity, flavor retention, and customer satisfaction. Fruit is harvested in two picks for improved packouts. USPP#10016.

Honeycrispâ„¢

Released by the University of Minnesota, Honeycrisp is a real crowd pleaser. The fruit is large and the skin is 50% to 90% red over yellow background. The flesh is cream colored and exceptionally crisp and juicy with a sub-acid flavor. Ripening date is about one week after McIntosh. USPP #7197.

Lucky Jon develops more intensive red color over a larger percentage of the fruit surface at maturity. Discovered as a whole tree mutation of “NuRed” Jonathan in 1986, Lucky Jon has a dark-red blush covering 80% to 95% of the fruit surface. USPP#8701.

Morren’s® Jonagored Supra

This is a beautiful bright-red fruit with the rich aroma and exquisite sweet-tart flavor of its Jonagold parentage. The tree is vigorous, highly productive, and easily managed. More heat tolerant than its parent, Morren’s Jonagored begins coloring three weeks earlier, allowing for excellent color and a strong stripe at maturity. The firm fruit stores well in controlled atmosphere storage for an extended marketing season. USPP#10401.

Rising Sun Fuji®

This is a beautiful new early Fuji selection that ripens five to six weeks ahead of regular Fuji and colors to a beautiful 70% to 80% bright pinkish-red blush with a brighter, smoother finish than other early Fujis. Rising Sun Fuji has the mild, sweet Fuji flavor that consumers love, with creamy white flesh and that great Fuji crunch.

RJ Goldâ„¢

Extend your Golden season with RJ Gold. Discovered as a chance seedling in Mexico, this beautiful Golden ripens one week to 10 days after Smoothee. The fruit is large, russet-resistant, and will develop a pink cheek in some years. The fruit does not bruise as easily as other Goldens due to the thicker skin. The tree is more vigorous than regular Goldens with somewhat upright growing habits.

RubyMac®

RubyMac is an exciting new sport of McIntosh that develops a bright, rich-red blush with no striping over virtually all of the surface. It is a true McIntosh, and while it starts coloring weeks ahead of any other strain, it ripens with other McIntosh varieties and hangs on the tree longer than any Mac we have ever seen. PPAF.

SnowSweetâ„¢

The best feature of SnowSweet, introduced in 2006, is its savory, sweet taste, with a slight tart balance and rich overtones. The second amazing characteristic of SnowSweet is how slow it is to oxidize and turn brown when the apple flesh is cut and exposed to air.

Twin Beeâ„¢ Gala

The Twin Bee Gala is a very high-colored limb sport of Tenroy Gala that can be harvested seven to 10 days earlier. The fruits have a beautiful reddish-orange background and prominent red stripes that cover 90% to 100% of the surface. Flesh is crisp, firm, and juicy with a sweet flavor.
