New Website For Airblast Sprayer Use

A new website, Airblast 101 offers pesticide application technology resources. Airblast 101 was developed by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food in association with Croplife Canada. This resource includes current factsheets, presentations, videos, and articles to guide users of airblast sprayers.

Chapters on the website include airblast sprayer efficiency; calibration; confirming coverage; nozzle choices; troubleshooting coverage; tank-mixes; controlling spray drift; and sprayer maintenance and cleaning. The figures are presented in metric units, but there are pages with conversions to U.S. units.
