It is just another way the Government can scare us into formulating more jobs. I can't tell you how violated I felt after taking so much pride in my work for so many years and having to verifiy, validate,prove or painstakingly watch as some plebe , right out of the womb biology major disected my entire operation. If the food safety advocates ever had to make payroll or deal with a bank they need to know that vegetables come from the soil, come into contact with all of the world's impositional biolgy that can find its way into the food chain anywhere along the way and that the best farmers are here in America working for you to keep you healthy so you can advocate in a free society. Bacteria and other pathogens can be anywhere. We do our best. You have my word on that! By the way, we passed our audit!
