Ace Pump Adds Two New Stainless Models To Its 650 Max Series

Two new stainless steel models have been added to Ace Pump Corp.’s 650 Max Series of hydraulically driven centrifugal pumps.

The new FMC-650FS-HYD model combines a durable e-coated cast iron mounting frame with a 316 stainless-steel wet end, including the volute, seal plate, and impeller. Together with the optional severe-duty silicon carbide seal, these features provide long-lasting performance.

The new FMCWS-650FS-HYD includes the company’s Oasis WetSeal system. The Oasis WetSeal system isolates seals from pumped fluids and eliminates the risk of run-dry seal failures.

“Our new 650 Series stainless models are designed for today’s most demanding applications,” said Ace Pump President Andy Randle. “Like every model in the 650 Series, these new pumps feature a modified impeller design that develops higher pressure at lower RPM. The 4000 PSI high-efficiency, pressure-plated gear motor provides higher output with less oil flow. And the splined motor-to-pump shaft connection strengthens the power train while allowing for easy maintenance and repair. When you add it all up, these are the pumps you need when downtime is not an option.”
