The 2017 United FreshMKT Expo says it will host more than 40 innovative organic products in a new show floor area, the Organic Showcase, June 14-15 in Chicago. Organics have seen continued strong growth over the years, accounting for 30% of all produce growth, according to United FreshFacts® on Retail. In 2016, organic produce had a total of $4.46 billion in sales (a 13.2% increase over 2015); organic sales are expected to continue to rise.
“The industry is seen a significant increase in organic produce sales,” said United Fresh President & CEO Tom Stenzel. “With new organic products going to market on an ongoing basis, the Organic Showcase provides attendees a unique opportunity to find the latest organic offerings – all in one place.”

The Organic Showcase is located in the center of the United FreshMKT show floor.
