Crunchy King
This variety has excellent shape and uniformity. It has a bright-white interior with attractive, dark-red skin and is mid-early maturing. Crunchy King holds its round shape and does well all season, but it is strongest in fall and spring slots. It has very high recovery and is slow to pith.
