Sym-Agro Introduces Acoidal 80 WG Sulfur To The U.S.
January 27, 2014 Sym-Agro has entered into an agreement with Quimetal Industrial S.A. to market Acoidal 80 WG brand sulfur. This agreement appoints Sym-Agro to exclusively represent Acoidal to the distribution channel.
ACOIDAL® brand name stands for “Colloidal Sulfur” (Azufre Coloidal in Spanish) making reference to the ability of forming a homogeneous mixture in solution and / or suspension due to its particle size. Acoidal has maintained an EPA fungicide and miticide registration since 1999, but had not been actively marketed. With more than 50 years of WG sulfur experience Quimetal’s formulation and quality meet and exceed grower expectations globally and is currently used in more than 28 countries. Acoidal is OMRI listed and the label can be found on the Agrian label.
