In the company announcement, Grabau emphasized one of Antle’s signature programs that helped define the company:

“The recent creation of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was a fantastic benefit to memorialize the company’s commitment to invest in our number one asset: our employees. This culture has, and will continue to be, the number one factor in our success,” Grabau said.

Grabau had other key roles before serving as CFO, President, and CEO: President of operations within Tanimura & Antle and heading up mergers and acquisition.

The company also announced long-time Board members Gary Tanimura and Mike Antle are now Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board, respectively. Brian Antle, President of PlantTape, will fill the vacancy create by his father, Rick Antle’s death. The rest of the Board remains in place, including three independent Directors that joined in 2017 when Antle created the ESOP program.
