Worldwide Congress On Processing Tomatoes To Be Held In March
October 23, 2015 The 12th World Processing Tomato Congress and the 14th International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) Symposium on the Processing Tomato are slated for March 6-9 in Santiago, Chile.
Some topics to be covered at the congress include the impact of trends in health and lifestyles and on the tomato industry, demands of consumers, and how to deal with a crisis.
The symposium is said to be the world’s premier event for researchers and institutions involved in the processing tomato production chain.
It is jointly organized by the ISHS, Chile Alimentos, and the World Processing Tomato Council.
