Syngenta Field Day Showcases New Vegetable Varieties
In May, Syngenta hosted its annual vegetable seed field day at its Research Field Station in Naples, FL. Those in attendance saw new and in the pipeline tomato, squash, watermelon, pepper, sweet corn, cantaloupe, and cucumber varieties. Jim McIntosh, retail business representative for Syngenta, says the company is excited about two new pepper and watermelon varieties now available to growers.
