This Janika Eckert-bred summer squash is ideal for the Northern U.S., and reaches maturity in 54 days.
Designed for the fresh market, it has an attractive bright yellow color with subtle stripes, and has a rich, nutty flavor with a texture good for cooking.

JWS 6823 PMR from Johnny Selected Seed
This organic, fresh-market butternut squash yields four to five fruits per plant, each weighing about 3 pounds. Its high yield stems in part from its short vine habit. It also boasts strong flavor.
It reaches maturity in 100 days and has intermediate resistance to powdery mildew. It can be stored between four to six months.
