U.S. Fall Weather Outlook Foresees Wild Ride

According to AccuWeather long-range forecasters, this fall will feature it all across the U.S. While the West is expected to endure another period of high temperatures and drought-like conditions (much to the chagrin of growers already weary from water woes), the Southwest and Deep South will likely stay on the soggy side.

For the Northeast, an early return of the Polar Vortex is looking possible.

Shifting southbound, the tropics — which have been relatively quiet to date — are expected to stir, putting the East Coast at the highest risk for a direct impact.
