POV: Highlights From 2025 Blackberry Field Day In Arkansas

Blackberry production in Arkansas is a growing business. Blackberry research is a big part of that. The annual Blackberry Field Day and Tour provides an ideal forum for learning about what’s new. The latest iteration of the industry event was held recently at the University of Arkansas Fruit Research Station in Clarksville. According to organizers, attendees were able to learn about a wide variety of topics on blackberry production, including disease control, the efforts behind the development of more than 40 blackberry varieties, the promise of robotic harvesters, and more.
