Organic Fertilizer

Worm Power vermicompost, an organic earthworm fertilizer product available from Harris Seeds, is said to increase germination and improve plant performance in greenhouses and in the field. The product is said to improve the soil’s chemical makeup, offering a minimum nitrogen (N), phosphorus(P), and potassium (K) analysis of 1.5-0.7-1.5, as well as many plant-essential nutrients. Actual tested N-P-K analysis has been measured at 3.5-1.5-3.5. Because these organic nutrients are delivered within the stable biological structure of vermicompost, they are released slowly, so there is no risk of fertilizer burn. Worm Power’s macro- and micronutrients are highly soluble and available to the plant due to the bio-processing carried out by the earthworms and microorganisms.
