AgroPlantae Makes Deal to Acquire Kemin Crop Technologies’ Product Portfolio

AgroPlantae, which serves the plant nutrition specialties industry with innovative, sustainable solutions to help crops overcome biotic and abiotic challenges and to restore soil and plant vitality to ensure high crop yields, has acquired the product portfolio of Kemin Crop Technologies, which provides growers with premium botanical-based biopesticides, plant nutrition, and soil health solutions designed for specialty crops, greenhouse production, and real-world agronomic challenges.

AgroPlantae, based in Clovis, CA, will absorb the complete suite of Kemin Crop Technologies products—TetraCURB MAX, URB MAX, PathoCURB, RevoCURB, Romivex DIP, OmniCURB, Valena, and Valena FLOW — as part of the transaction. To ensure continuity and maintain the highest level of support for customers, Kemin Crop Technologies’ sales managers will also become part of AgroPlantae while remaining in their current territories in service to current customers.
