New Research Collaboration Aims To Amplify Next-Level Crop Protection

Gowan Company has announced a research collaboration with UK-based Moa Technology Limited, aimed at advancing next-generation crop protection solutions. This partnership combines Gowan’s expertise in herbicide technology with Moa’s cutting-edge innovation in “amplifier” compounds, reinforcing a commitment to sustainable agriculture and enhanced crop protection.

The amplifier molecules, identified by Moa scientists, are non-herbicidal on their own, but will potentially allow farmers to reduce the concentration of the agricultural herbicides they currently use.
