President-elect Joe Biden introduced his Cabinet selections last week. Among them was a familiar name — Tom Vilsack, for a job he knows well – Secretary of Agriculture. Vilsack served as USDA’s chief during the Obama Administration. Biden is nominating the former Iowa governor again to reprise the role.
