What is Tellia Lite? Voice AI Assistant Geared for Agriculture Set for Growth
Tellia, a voice AI assistant built for agriculture, has launched Tellia Lite, a self-serve version of its platform designed for independent agronomists, crop advisors, growers, and wine grape growers. It opens to a first cohort of users with a waitlist open for everyone else.
How does it work? Users download the app and talk. Tellia captures the information, structures it, and interprets it so it can be acted on. The launch is backed by “Adminvasion“, a film by creative agency OKCC about something every grower and agronomist knows too well: office work spilling into the field.
Launched in California in 2025, Tellia is now used by operations of several hundred acres, cooperatives, technical institutes, and advisory firms across the U.S. and Europe.
Tellia Lite brings the essentials of that platform to independent agronomists and small farm teams, in a version they can use on their own:
• Capture. A voice note in the app, a WhatsApp voice message or text, a photo: users describe what they see, in their own words and their own language (English, French, Spanish and more). The app works offline and syncs as soon as the signal returns.
• Structure. Tellia turns every spoken input into clean, timestamped, geotagged records linked to the right grower, field or crop: observations, operations, tasks, stock.
• Interpret. Users ask questions in plain language (e.g., “Tellia, what did I observe on the top field last month?”) and get answers drawn from their own field records.
The first Tellia Lite cohort opened on Oct. 19, 2026 on iOS and Android, at $20 per user per month. The waitlist for the cohorts is open.
