Consolidated Citrus Eyes Giant Planned Agricultural, Employment Center Project
According to a report from the Treasure Coast Palm, Consolidated Citrus is hoping its 1,700-acre Palm City, FL, parcel is the future home of the I-95 Agriculture and Employment Center — a proposed 5 million square foot industrial park, including 200,000 square feet of retail space and 500 hotel rooms.
Consolidated Citrus, which is majority owned by Texas-based King Ranch, is seeking to move ahead with plans for a mere snapshot of its bigger picture to see how it fares first. This initial phase would include four commercial buildings on five acres.
