I HAVE A REAL PROBLEM WITH THE BAGS OF "BABY CARROTS". I USED TO REALLY LOVE THE CONVENIENCE (I AM TOO LAZY TO PEEL MY OWN CARROTS SO IT SEEMED LIKE THE PERFECT SOLUTION. THEN IT STARTED HAPPENING TO THEM THAT CAUSED ME TO JUST ABOUT TOTALLY GIVE UP ON THEM. WHEN I SHOP FOR CARROTS, I GO THROUGH PACK AFTER PACK LOOKING FOR CARROTS THAT LOOK SOMEWHAT DRY. IT SEEMS THAT THEY ONES I REJECT ARE BEING KEPT TOO WET. IN NO TIME AT ALL, THEY ARE SLIMY, SLIMY, SLIMY. I GOT TIRED OF THROW AWAY POUNDS AND POUNDS OF CARROTS. EVEN AFTER I WASH THEM, THEY ARE STILL DISGUSTING. IS THERE ANY WAY TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM? ARE THEY BEING PACKAGED TOO SOON AFTER THE PACKER HAS WASHED THEM OR WHAT. SOMEDAY MAYBE I MAY HAVE TIME AND ENERGY TO PEEL THEM MYSELF. HELP!!!
