How You Can Help Find the New Class of Florida Citrus Hall of Fame Inductees
The Florida Citrus Hall of Fame is looking for its next class of inductees. Nominations are currently being sought to fill out the Class of 2026. Eligible nominees include distinguished leaders who have made significant contributions to the Florida citrus industry in any of the following fields: pioneers, harvesting, packing, processing, marketing, scientific and/or educational areas.
The induction luncheon ceremonies are tentatively scheduled to take place next spring in the George Jenkins Fieldhouse at Florida Southern College in Lakeland. The celebratory luncheon is co-sponsored by the Florida Department of Citrus and Florida Citrus Mutual.
The latest inductees to the Florida Citrus Hall of Fame (Class of 2025) included Charles W. Adams (deceased), Dan Richey, and Dr. Jim Graham.
Nomination submissions for the Florida Citrus Hall of Fame are due Sept. 15, 2025. Nomination forms are available at floridacitrushalloffame.com.
