Creative Use Of Potatoes

The United States Potato Board (USPB) Public Relations Team has conducted three foodservice “Menu Innovations with Potatoes” seminars, and a fourth
seminar is scheduled for this month. USPB’s short-term program goal is to gain new menu placements. The ultimate long-term goal is to encourage and facilitate America’s leading chefs to engage consumers by driving innovation and moving potatoes beyond traditional uses — to create the next garlic mashed potato.
