Toro Develops Irrigation Software

Toro’s AquaFlow 3.0 drip irrigation system design software, which is available for registration and download, will help users configure drip irrigation systems for optimum performance using the company’s Aqua-Traxx and Aqua-Traxx PC drip tape, as well as BlueLine Classic and BlueLine PC driplines.
This new software features a unique dashboard that is meant to allow designers to view any changes made dynamically to save time and allow for better design choices.
In addition, features such as the ability to compare two different lateral selections, pull-down menus, and multiple slopes in both lateral and mainline programs are available with the AquaFlow 3.0 system.
Users can also choose multiple sub-main and mainline pipe types and sizes as well as utilize lateral and sub-main flushing calculations. These features allow growers to make educated decisions and help bring the numbers and data to life visually.
Through the use of color-coded block maps that depict system uniformity, AquaFlow 3.0 allows reports to be customized and saved in multiple formats for ease-of-viewing on different platforms.
