JSS_AdelaideCarrot
Adelaide is a true baby carrot. Unlike most “baby carrots,” which are harvested at an immature stage before properly filling out, Adelaide has an early maturity and forms a blunt root tip at 3 to 4 inches long. It produces short, moderately healthy tops for an early maturing carrot. Adelaide is great for bunching and marketing as true baby carrots.
