Chris Bitter, Terrain Ag

Chris Bitter, Ph.D., is Terrain’s senior wine and grape analyst, focusing on generating research and insights in the areas that impact the business of vineyards and wineries for American AgCredit customers. With more than 20 years of experience as an economist and market analyst, Chris is a former faculty member of the University of Washington’s Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. In 2016, he left his academic position to launch Vintage Economics, a market research and consulting firm focused on the wine industry.
