See Oxbo’s New AutoHarvest Technology for Berry Growers in Action

Oxbo is unveiling AutoHarvest, an integrated machine-learning technology bringing real-time harvest optimization to berry growers. Designed for Oxbo berry harvesters, AutoHarvest continuously analyzes harvesting conditions and automatically adjusts machine functions, helping growers achieve consistent results.

AutoHarvest uses integrated cameras and advanced algorithms to make ongoing adjustments in the field, rather than relying on the driver to make manual changes. An operator or field manager defines harvest goals through two easy-to-use input sliders. Once set, the system works in the background to continuously fine-tune harvester performance, optimizing ground speed, head speed, head pinch, belt and fan speeds to optimize performance.

AutoHarvest was developed to perform across a wide range of harvesting conditions and production goals. Whether harvesting for fresh market quality or maximizing processed fruit recovery, the technology continuously adapts machine functions to maintain desired harvesting outcomes.

“AutoHarvest simplifies one of the most challenging parts of berry harvesting by helping operators achieve consistent results across changing field conditions,” says Kathryn Van Weerdhuizen, Director of Sales & Marketing for Oxbo Fruit.
