Grower Achievement Award 2024 Nominations Are Open!
It's that time of year we all look forward to launching our search for the new Grower Achievement Award winner! Since 2002, American Vegetable Grower magazine has selected the Grower Achievement Award winner from a noteworthy list of nominees submitted by fellow producers, suppliers, consultants, and other industry stakeholders like you. We need your help again to shine the spotlight on a deserving individual.
Beginning two years ago, we now select three regional winners! The national winner will be one of the three regional winners.
- East: Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast
- Central: Midwest, Great Plains states, Southern Plains
- West: West Coast states and Western states
We need your help again to shine the spotlight on a deserving individual.
Key Criteria to Consider
Are you striving to be a sustainable vegetable growing operation? Do you embody the spirit of excellence in our industry? Are you looking to implement the latest technology on the farm?
Or do you know a grower operation that is innovative and stands above the rest? If so, here are the qualities that stand out to us.
- Industry Leadership. Not only are they involved with others in the industry and act as advocates to local or national government, but fellow growers turn to them for new ideas.
- Innovative, Consumer-Oriented Marketing Efforts (including sustainability and community involvement)
- Excellence in Food Quality and Safety
- Technical Advances
