The sweet corn market is on the grow and expected to gain significant growth in the coming years. Today’s vegetable seed breeders and suppliers are making sure growers can meet the demand. The 2023 Hall (NY) Field Days gave us a chance to see what some are working on in sweet corn. During my visit to the annual seed trials, I took videos of seed breeders talking about several new sweet corn selections growers should consider.
