Listen Up! Growing Produce Has a New Podcast for You

The creative minds behind Growing Produce have been hard at work gearing up for the official launch of the “Growing Produce Podcast.” And that day is today!

Twice a month on the “Growing Produce Podcast,” editors from American Fruit Grower, Western Fruit Grower, and American Vegetable Grower will unpack the stories, science, and business behind American fruit and vegetable production.

In the first episode, American Vegetable Grower Editor Carol Miller goes on location with Bob Jones at The Chef’s Garden — an Ohio commercial vegetable farm with an in-house PhD-led agricultural research lab. LED nutrient experiments, new soil-health measurement, technologies tested with a research-driven approach, and the family’s rules for the next generation coming into the business.
