Belmont
Belmont is our first mini watermelon, weighing between 6 and 10 pounds. It offers an extremely deep-red flesh color and excellent demarcation. Belmont features a strong and vigorous vine with excellent yield potential. For best results, use a Sakata early pollinizer when growing this variety. -

Camaro
Camaro produces early maturing, extra-large and firm, red-globe-shaped fruit, on mid-compact determinate plants. Setting and size is good through the plant with final yield potential being high. Due to the plant habit, pruning is either unnecessary or should be low. The deep-red fruit have smooth shoulders and perform well for both vine-ripe or for mature green gassing. -

Infinite Gold
Infinite Gold represents the next big thing in cantaloupe. This LSL (long shelf life) melon has been bred for strong performance without sacrificing great flavor and fruit quality. In fact, a third-party sensory analysis panel rated Infinite Gold higher in flavor and quality attributes than the leading competition! Plus, Infinite Gold offers strong vines, high yield potential and uniform size and shape. -

Grand Marshall
A vigorous hot-set variety with extra-large and large fruit that are deep-oblate shaped, firm and grow on a medium-strong to strong vigorous determinate plant. Fruit have smooth shoulders and perform well for both vine-ripe or for mature-green gassing. Yield potential is high and pruning is beneficial at a low to medium level. -

Millennium
Millennium is an adaptable, crown-cut type yielding high-domed heads with small beads and exceptionally uniform head maturity. It has a round shape, good heat tolerance and less side shoots. It is anthocyanin-free (it will not purple) and shows strong post-harvest color retention. Millennium works well in warm to cool, cool to warm, and warm to warm regions. -

Primavera
Primavera is a high yielding hybrid vegetable spaghetti squash. It has similar size to the standard open-pollinated (OP)variety with nice canary-yellow skin color at maturity. The fruit have excellent uniformity in size and shape, growing on a restricted vine that does not get as long as the standard OP. -

Touchstone Gold
Touchstone Gold is Sakata's first golden beet! It has vibrant yellow to golden, smooth, globe-shaped roots and medium-sized crowns and tap roots. This variety is mid to late maturing. Touchstone Gold’s roots have little to no zoning. It has a mild sweet flavor that is delicious. Organic and non-organic seed is available. -

Triton
This carrot is known for its superb taste and texture. Triton has strong tops that are erect and dark green in color. Its roots are 9 to 10 inches long and 1 inch in diameter. This carrot is medium-orange in color and quite cylindrical in shape with a semi-blunt tip. -

Volante
Volante is a productive variety that produces a concentrated set of large and extra-large fruit. The plants are strong, medium in size, and set very well in the heat. The fruits are high quality, very firm and have a good shelf life and flavor. Volante is adapted for mature-green and vine-ripe production and has intermediate resistance to tomato spotted wilt virus.
