Florida Citrus Show Offers a Much-Needed Fresh Start for 2022

For most of the world, January is the time to reset, make new plans, and get the year off to a good start. For Florida’s growers, January is still smack dab in the middle of the citrus season, of course. But it is still the perfect time to take a step back for a couple of days, learn about the latest citrus research developments, see some valuable new tools and technology, and reconnect with friends.

The 2022 Florida GrowerSM Citrus Show, January 26-27, is the place to be for all of this. As always, we have worked hard with our friends at the Indian River Citrus League to offer an unmatched research-focused program focused on HLB, fruit drop, and other critical issues, provided by experts at UF/IFAS and USDA. But this year, we are expanding the educational programming, bringing more of the experiences of your trusted grower peers. It’s a terrific opportunity to hear from them on what’s been working and what their plans are for the rest of this season and into next.

What’s New for 2022?

The Florida Grower Citrus Show is your best opportunity all year to gather with your peers and seek out new improvements for your business.

The exhibits on the trade show floor are a great place to start. From new models on grove equipment to the latest innovations in crop protection, plant nutrition and soil health, irrigation, and new varieties, you will find what your operation needs to be successful in 2022 and beyond.

You will also have the opportunity to join hundreds of your fellow citrus growers and industry friends from across the state in learning the latest production tips from top industry experts. Here’s just a sampling of what this year’s program will include:
