Rynaxypyr is approved for use in more than 120 countries in a large variety of crops, including fruits, nuts, grapes, vegetables, corn, sugarcane, rice, and soy. It is considered a reduced risk pesticide due to its favorable toxicological and environmental profile and is a useful tool for farmers in integrated pest management systems.

FMC will provide UPL access to products containing the ingredient for distribution in select markets. In the future, FMC will supply Rynaxypyr active to UPL for use in product formulations developed and marketed by UPL around the world.

The arrangement will significantly increase FMC’s manufacturing footprint and capacity for Rynaxypyr active, expanding FMC’s ability to supply the growing demand.
