Coragen eVo Insect Control Now Registered for Use in California and Arizona
Coragen eVo insect control from FMC has received registration for use in California and Arizona in key specialty crops like tomatoes, leafy vegetables, brassica, and fruiting vegetables. Coragen eVo insect control leverages a highly concentrated formulation of Rynaxypyr active ingredient for long-lasting, fast-acting protection against Lepidopteran pests.
With three times the active ingredient concentration of Coragen insect control, this product offers the same pest spectrum and activity but with a lower use rate. Coragen eVo insect control has a common use rate of 1.7 ounces per acre, or approximately 1 quart per 20 acres, for enhanced user convenience. It easily tank mixes with other crop protection products, nutrients and adjuvants, making it a flexible and efficient choice for integrated pest management programs.
“Coragen eVo insect control provides specialty crop growers with a proven, high-performance tool for long-lasting insect control,” says Eric Castner, Regional Technical Sales Manager for FMC U.S. “With a higher active ingredient load, this advanced formulation delivers the same powerful residual control growers rely on, while enhancing convenience, reducing operational cost, and minimizing the volume of product needed per acre.”
When used in accordance with the label, Coragen eVo insect control yields rapid knockdown of targeted pests with extended residual control and offers ovi-larvicidal, larvicidal and adult activity. In addition to key Lepidopteran pests, it effectively controls leafminer larvae and suppresses whitefly nymphs and other labeled insects across a broad range of crops.
