How To Prevent Heat Illness
April 30, 2014 AgSafe will host several 90-minute workshops providing growers with tips and measures to take to prevent heat illness. Growers who attend the workshop will develop a heat illness prevention plan and are eligible to participate in a written heat illness prevention plan review or on-site assessment. Contact AgSafe to enroll in the on-site assessment.
The workshops will be offered in English from 8:30-10 a.m. and in Spanish from 10:30 a.m.-noon:
- May 1 in Bakersfield, CA
- May 7 in Oxnard, CA
- May 8 in Santa Maria, CA
- May 14 in Fresno, CA
- May 15 in Salinas, CA
- May 21 in Napa, CA
