New Holland Expands Tractor Lines
New Holland has introduced two new models to its TT-A Series tractor line. The 40-hp TT45A and 48-hp TT50A feature an open operator’s platform and are powered by four-cylinder engines that can be operated with B5 biodiesel fuel or traditional diesel fuel. The gearbox features eight forward and two reverse gears. Large grab handles and a wide step allow for easy entry, and shift levers are located to the sides of the operator.
The three-point hitch on these TT-A Series tractor models will lift 2500 pounds, and incorporate two hydraulic pumps: one for the front-end loader or other implements, the other for steering.
New Holland’s new mid-size T6000 Series tractors feature 80- to 120-hp engines, and are available with a conventional front-wheel-drive (FWD) axle with a limited-slip differential, or the optional New Holland’s TerraLock system. The optional Fast Steer steering system is available on “Plus” FWD models. When engaged, Fast Steer allows a full right- or left-hand turn by moving the steering wheel just 10 degrees. Especially helpful in loader and row-crop applications, Fast Steer reduces wheel turns for increased productivity and reduced operator fatigue.
